Sunday….

I swear the weekend just started and it’s already over. Sheesh! It’s been a quiet one, nothing special. We had some milder temperatures and lots of sun yesterday, but today has been rather overcast and gloomy.

Have you seen the movie Ray yet? I watched it early this morning. Stayed up until nearly 4:30 a.m. by the time it finished. It was so good I didn’t want to turn it off. Jamie Fox was uncanny as Ray Charles. It was an amazing performance and I can see why he won the academy award. I absolutely loved the music. The man had such an incredible number of hits. I had forgotten how many. Every song that played during the movie had me singing and bopping along. The music brought back a lot of memories. I remember my parents listening to Ray’s music as I grew up and even in later years I loved his songs. I’m glad I picked up the previously viewed DVD, it’s one I’ll be watching again.

Not much else to report. I’ve spent most of the weekend playing Neopets, doing a little shopping, some laundry and watching tv. Exciting stuff, huh? Well it’s back to the grind tomorrow, so I’ll say goodnight for now. Have a great Monday!
