Pork Chop Suey (Freezer Meal)
Pork loin (minus Rib roast end) chopped into 1/2-1 pieces
1/2cup coconut oil/butter
1bunch celery
3 chopped onions
1/2 cup braggs liquid aminos
4 c concentrated broth
1/4cup + 2T cornstarch
3T molasses
3 cup bean sprouts
3 cup mushroom pieces
3 cup turkey/chicken broth
Brown pork in hot oil, add celery, onion and 3T braggs, cook for 10 minutes
Warm broth and add pork mixture along with cornstarch mix in 3T braggs, molasses.
Stir in sprouts and mushrooms with the turkey/chicken broth.
Cook, stirring until thickened.
To serve at once cook 5 minutes longer.
To freeze, cool quickly, place in freezer container, seal label, date and freeze
To serve partially thaw at room temperature and quickly heat in skillet.
Serve over rice or pasta
