NoJoMo 2

No prompt today – it was just an insanely busy day, running errands (including an impromptu trip to Ikea because the dog has been eating all the shoes she can get her mouth on, and I’m sick of it – so we got this) and taking the kids to makeup piano lessons (rescheduled from Wednesday, because there was just too much to do on Halloween) and then enjoying Family Science Night at the Tellus Museum (though we missed the mad scientist show, boo hiss) and then finally joining some girlfriends at a local bar for trivia (which we won – woohoo!).  Oh, and then I had a stupid fight with DH, but that resolved itself rather quickly thank goodness. 

Whew, that was a nightmarish run-on sentence with entirely too many parentheses.  Sorry about that.

Tomorrow I have an all-day retreat for OCIA – I’ve been recruited to be a sponsor this year, which is exciting but also a little intimidating; quite frankly, I don’t know if I’m a good enough Catholic to be setting an example for someone else, but I’ll do my best!  Wish me luck…
