Just got back from two weeks in Florida. My niece graduated from high school on Saturday, and I only cried once 🙂 I’m so proud of her, but I wish her dad could have been there to see her get her diploma.

She also turned 18 on Saturday, so to celebrate I took her to get an industrial piercing. Since we were there, I got my nose pierced too. It hurt like hell, but I’m really happy with the way it looks!

One of our dogs passed away while we were gone. It was really awful – the dogsitter found him and called me. I don’t want to talk about it, except to say it’s really quiet without him here – and I’m giving our two remaining dogs and my amazing cat extra love and snuggles.

I should really be unpacking and/or cleaning my house, but instead I’ve wasted the morning on FB and OD and now I need to get ready to take the kids to the park to meet a friend. Oh well, maybe I’ll clean and unpack tomorrow.

I am so sorry about your doggie! Glad you had such a good time in Florida. 🙂 I’ve been trying to figure out if we can go to ATL before we leave, but I just don’t think it’s going to be possible. 🙁 BUT we know we’ll be making a trip there in the fall!

Oh I’m so sorry to hear about your dog.. so sorry…. And wow you’re brave! I’ve wanted to get my nose pierced but am chicken I think… and what if i don’t like it? And what if I have a boogie up there? lol… all these questions… would love to see yours! xox

congrats to your niece.

I was so sorry to hear about your puppy. And that you were away when it happened is just the hardest! But I saw today you have a new addition. 🙂 And hooray for nose piercing! I love how they look, but with my allergies I’m thinking the nose is not the best place for me to put an extra hole.

Have been thinking about getting my nose pierced. Trying to work myself up to deal w/ the pain. My eyebrow didn’t hurt at all! But, the nose…all the cartilage.

And, oh no! So sorry about your dog. 🙁 🙁 🙁
