Self-Control is hard.

Then Jesus said to his disciples, Truly I tell you, it is hard for someone who is rich to enter the kingdom of heaven. Again, I tell you, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for someone who is rich to enter the kingdom of God. Matthew 19:23-24

Making Peace with the Realities of My Body

I don’t know a woman alive who is completely happy with her body.

Define your week by obedience, not by a number on a scale.

The body God has given me is good. It’s not perfect nor will it ever be. But it is a gift for which I am thankful.
