my first jersey

Remember those things youd want as a kid, but never did get  I can remember always wanting a power wheel.  I knew they were slow, and needed level ground, but the idea of having your own car at 8, was still a pretty sweet concept.  Plus there were the construction worker ones you could get like the dumptruck and stuff. 

Anyways, one thing i always wanted was a hockey jersey for playing street hockey in.  I never had the money when i was a kid, spending my usual one to five dollars i would have on me for candy instead.  So yesterday i decided to fulfill that childhood want, and got myself my very first jersey.  Bright red Blackhawks jersey.  Verdict is, I love it!

Its comfortable, shiny, and i feel like Mike myers from Waynes world in it, (not mike myers the killer from halloween).  So next hockey game, i wont be the odd one out who wears a shirt with a paint stain on it.  If only i could go back and laugh at my 8 year old self for not having one.
