Priceless
Ian didnt have a clue that Trevor was going to be here for Christmas. The surprise was absolute and emotionaland Ian was shocked and thrilled to tears. Its all been too wonderful for words. (Sorry for the blurry photo–it was The Moment, y’know…)
Charlie carries Chloe around the house like this all the time. Shes resigned to the indignity of it all.
Elvis and Nannette are our festive fireplace couple. (Nannettes hat adornment is from a sweet friend. You know who you are! xo!)
and now all is quiet in this dear, happy house
not a creature is stirring, not even my spouse.
The boys have all gone to their friends down the street.
I am off to my dreams, which Im sure will be sweet.
And so I will say as I turn off my light,
Merry Christmas to all and to all a good night!
:)xo

Dang, this made me cry! I’m such a sap! I don’t even know these people! J Oh, and Chloe appears to me to be totally digging Charlie’s attention. Thank you for sharing this, and much aloha to you and yours,

Yes – Priceless is the love of a long-missed brother! (or son or daughter, etc….) Thank you for sharing this most heartfelt event, Adagio… it brought tears to my eyes, too. That picture of Charlie and Chloe is hilarious! Incidentally, Charlie is looking SO much like Don it’s spooky! Hope you’re weather is more managable, now.

Ok give it up lady, just pack the dog in a UPS box (with holes) and send her to me now. I’ll send you………ummmmm, Sprout in return! He’s very furry, you’ll never tell the difference. Your two boys look more and more like Lanky Guru of Love every time you post a picture, which makes feel as if I have a sneak preview of how they’ll look in ten years time. They’ve even got his hands. Hope you had a lovely fluffy glittery one xxxx

this is just wonderful!! Chloe is saying, as she looks into my eyes (and reminds me SO much of the dog I had as a child), “Help me!” heh. You’re dear, dear, dear. I’m so glad you have so many people around you whom you love.

That is beautiful and so lovely! So touching that they love each other so much! And The Dog and The Boy, I’m rolling. It’s almost as if she’s saying “Oh dear. Must you do this? Oh fine. Let’s get it over with then.” 😀 Be well,

OMIGOD. What a wonderful surprise. We missed Tommy so much this year. Last Christmas he was in Iraq, this year they are on DF1 (some kind of holding status) waiting for orders to deploy again within the next few weeks. Next year, maybe. 🙁

WoooooooHooooo!!! I just received the proof copy of my book of poetry!!! I think it is okay on the inside and your art looks sooooooooo beautiful. There is one thing about the cover, though that I need to see if you want to make any change to before I order the first regular order of books. There are fine black crop or paste-up lines at the edge of the artwork. Is that on the scan you sent? Personally, I think it looks okay and that most people wouldn’t notice it or think anything of it. I’ll try to scan or photograph it in an hour or so and send that to you. We’ll change it if you say. I’ll be back a little later and see what I can send to show you what I mean. ‘Cause I’m something like excited, ya know!!! 😀 Bouncing Hugs and Love,

I emailed you a scan of the cover 🙂 This is truly a joyous event! (((Kari)))

Don’t worry, I only had a single proof copy of the book printed and won’t order anymore until The Artist is happy 🙂 I emailed you and I uploaded the jpeg you sent. We’ll get this looking good. Hugs,

Wow, one cannot describe an absolute moment like that better. How wonderfully real your sons can be. How MUCH you must love them!

I know I’ve read this entries before, and I thought I had commented. Your boys bring a tear to my eye. What sweet sons you have. And that picture of your son holding your pup is so sweet. Reminds me of how I used to hold my beagle. He, too, resigned to the indignity of it all.
