Doctor’s appt.

My symptoms:
numbing in the left arm.
tingling in the arm down to the pinky and ring finger.
A dull pain that travels from my hand, up to and in between, my shoulder blades.
Feeling like my arm is asleep.
No strength.

My doctor’s diagnosis:
ulnar nerve entrapment.

Next step:
I need to schedule a nerve test.

Prescriptions:
Muscle relaxer.
Ibuprofen.

I came home and started doing some research. I can relate to everything I’m reading about it. Seems weird. I never have health issues. I always thought the pain between my shoulder blades just meant I had serious knots and needed a massage. Heh, who knew. =/

The only thing that scares me is the nerve test. I heard it’s painful. 🙁
