Mother Blessing

It is a day ahead of the Mother’s Day and I thought I am blessed. Looking my mother around me, she is the one who is stubborn, annoying but caring and loving. This is her who enables me to withstand my ups and lows. This is her who gives me comfort and heals my pain. I am blessed that I am among those who can have my days spent with my mother, althought it is not taken for granted.

She looked aged and white in past few years. The times trail deeply in her face and the whiteness highlights her black hair. My sister was so thoughful of planning a dine out yesterday with my mother. Although my mother was quiet throughout the night, I can tell she was among the happiest in the table, yet I can still see her worries about us. After all, she is kind, sole giving and unconditionedly loving. She is everything in my heart. I really thank God for putting me in her hands. I kiss her every times I have to express in action.

Mother is the one who offers their children joy. Let us have this joy in our heart. For Joy is prayer – Joy is strength – Joy is love – Joy is a net of love from which you can catch souls.
