Merry Christmas to All

and to all a good night.

There are only a few minutes of Christmas left, so just writing a quick one to wish all of our extended OD family a Merry Christmas. If Christmas isn’t your thing, then a Happy Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, or whatever else you may choose to celebrate.

It’s never polite to start out by complaining, so let me first say that I absolutely love this diary site. Much better than any I’ve ever been to. But can you please, please, please put a counter in the “write an entry” page that says how many characters we have remaining to type? Like the one for the “edit your diary description” page. Please!

it won’t let me an edit an entry i just wrote. and now i look like a real weirdo because of the way the entry ends.

Dear DiaryMaster- I tried upgrading my account to ODplus while at work, and when I hit the ‘access subscription’ button on paypal (or whatever it’s called), the page failed to load. And I couldn’t hit the back button, because the page had expired. This leaves me having paid 12 dollars for a six month subscription, without the added bonus of the subscription. What do I need to do, eh?

Thanks, just a niggly note; Muslims don’t celebrate Ramadan, it’s a ritual observance before Eid, which is thier festival. Eid happens about twice every year, but the Muslim calendar is different. Still, if I were Muslim I’d not be bothered, ’tis the thought that counts! Merry Christmas!

erm-on my diary (and 2 others as i have seen) when you hit enter for a new paragraph on the entry, it doesn’t show up once you save. i was able to fix this once by just re-entering, but now it isn’t working. any suggestions? thanks *-*-*-*-*

When people make their diary “only available to OD users” does that effect the latest entry list? Also.. what about on the circles.. are they just taken off the list (like not being able to be seen by others) if they only let certain people view their diaries? Just a ?

Quick Question: Is it possible for you to allow the advanced editing features on the “Write an Entry” page for the browswer Mozilla Firebird 0.7? You may find this at the website: http://www.mozilla.org. It’s a great browser.

Please read my diary “BombayChic” – Beautiful Stranger – entry on 11/3/03. This entry has not been changed/edited since written. Can it be proved? I am having a problem with my diary telling me I have written over the allowed character limit, yet when I do a word count on Microsoft word it is showing me that I am not over the word limit for an entry. Please could you advise me on how to fix this. My diary is called m!chelle. (I don’t think I’m signed in right now)
