Ugh…
I’m so proud of myself for yesterday… I did really good! I’m determined to keep it up too!
I went to orthopedic doctor today and they took a couple more x-rays on my wrist and still has lil break in it- so he said in 2 weeks I should be able to get the cast taken off… ugh!! Well, at least it’s better than the 6 weeks I thought… This way it’s only 4. I cannot wait to go back to work and get money again! ahhhhh!!! I think I’m staying in today because I have a cold… My nose is starting now and my throat still kills! I feel like such a bum!!! I can’t help but feel this way! Now I’m having car problems- it’s making screech noises and need new rear brakes. Dunno when those are going to be fixed with everything going on, so in the meantime- can’t be driving it!
Breakfast: Special K Cereal- 150cal
Lunch: Rice Cakes- 70cal, Ranch Chicken- 220cal, and Corn Singles- 70cal
Snack: Wheat Thins w/ Port Wine Cheese- 170cal, 4 SF Almond Cookies- 96cal, Special K Bar- 90cal, Yogurt- 80cal
Dinner: Rotisirie Chicken- approx 300cal
TOTAL: 1,246cal
Exercise- 30 min wii fit accomplished!
