Officially back on track!
Wii fit for 30 min accomplished already! Yay! I’ve resorted to counting calories now… since I have no self control nemore. I’ve gotten rid of temptations and I’m sticking to this! Once I reach my calorie limit I’m pretty good with knowing to stop eating. Yesterday I ate rest of leftover pizza that was in the freezer… I’m throwing out my candy stash except for one chocolate reindeer I got for xmas, lol. Pizza I had to eat because it was the one craving I had for my PMS… lol I always get one thing I crave the week before I get my damn period, haha. Last time it was Falafel.
Well tomarrow morning is an appointment with the orthopedic to check out my arm… I’m hoping I get this nasty cast off- and at least get a new one or a splint… It looks dirty and I just can’t wait to get this crap off.
Well, I’m done with my mom’s B-day gift… I got her a horror movie named- Happy Birthday to Me, a silver ring with Garnet in it (her fav and birthstone), and a bottle of perfume. I still hafta find something for Cherie… but she’s easier to buy for actually. Just dunno what yet!
Breakfast: Whole Grain English Muffin w/ SF jelly- 100cal
Lunch: Turkey Burger w/ Cheese and Ketchup- 225cal and Broccoli w/ Cheese- 40cal
Snack: Orange- 70cal, 2 Deviled Eggs- 160cal
Dinner: Chicken Ceasar Salad- 255cal
Dessert: SF Rice pudding- 70cal, and 1c Skim Milk w/ Hostess Cupcakes- 190cal
TOTAL: 1,110cal
