f.u.b.a.r……….

 OK,,

So the last few days havnt gone entirely to plan  .  Had some setbacks. two pizzas and a lot of fried chicken and chips this week.  Plus the 3 bottles of fizzy pop. Weighed myself and i somehow managed to stay the same weight as i was at the start. not good. After a large Sunday dinner i sit feeling like crap. With the weather being cold and rainy i havnt really gone out much either. 

Tomorrow i will start a food diary. Everything i eat will be put in it. Then its back on the fruit and water again.

 I dont believe you need to deprive yourself of the foods you cant have. you can have them , just smaller portions. I found this worked well in the past but i still end up snacking on crap at night.  Have just received a wedding invitation too.  Do i use it as a goal to work towards? can i, even if i may decide not to go ?  its still months away but with the start ive had so far, who the hell knows.

p.s  Those shorts i bought a few weeks ago for summer fitted in the changing rooms and dont anymore !!!
