Last Day of Work Thoughts

So, I’ve still got my coffeeateleven.com domain up for sale. I hope it sells. Its value is at $1247 and even if I get a portion of that, it will towards incorporating my new company. I think I’ll make a video promoting the idea for a coffee shop called Coffee At Eleven, but really it could be used for anything. I was using it as a video production name, but it would be great for a coffee shop. Whatever it does sell for, the broker gets 40% so, whatever happens, happens. I think it’s valued so high because Coffee is a high ranking keyword and “at eleven” is a familiar phrase because of the news. I suppose it would be great for a domain flipper to buy and hold onto for awhile while the value goes higher. When I first got the domain it was valued at I think $600 or so. In two years the value has doubled. I think I could become a domain flipper lol.

Today is my last day of work. I am planning the first week of work in 2025. I do not enjoy the year-end accounting, which can’t be finalized until the first week of January. I hate loose ends. I think before New Year’s Eve, I will do up the year end accounting sheets just so that I can feel like I’m starting the new year completely fresh and brand new. If I had the energy, I would do it today.

I can’t believe 2024 is at its end already! It seems like the year has flown by. It’s been a blur, but 2021 – 2023 were practically invisible after 2020. At least 2024 feel like it happened lol.

Today’s diary is just a rambling session. My husband is out getting groceries before the storm which starts at five. They are saying we are likely to have power outages.
