Finally Got Some Writing in!

Well . . . I wrote 6,885 words today, but not on the last novel I was writing (I will have to finish that at a later date) but on a brand new novel that I’ve been thinking about for a few years aimed at a middle-age audience. It is going to be hilarious! I’ve been having great fun writing all day. I’m looking forward to tomorrow’s writing and already have the next chapters planned out (roughly in my head with brief notes).

I’m tired and just had salad for dinner. If you think it’s because that’s part of my “healthy diet” you’d be wrong because that salad was ever so quickly followed up with a big slice of lemon meringue pie.

My video of my book trailer music video for my last book (The Time Travel Trail Bride) seems to be doing okay on my youtube channel (my Modern Office Girl Channel, I haven’t posted for a while on my Lizzie Timewarp channel because I’ve been not in the mood to write kids songs or content for that for a while).

As far as the picture book goes, I only got half of the illustrations in, I thought they were complete but I need 33 and so I don’t have that many but I’m not even going to worry about that until I need a break from writing.

I feel like I’ve had a productive day. I feel so much better on days when I create stuff and avoid negative news and any kind of content that brings me down. That’s why I write books that give people a reason to at least smile if not outright laugh.
