I am so tired….

My mom’s been craving a pizza. But every time we go past a pizza place she says “I know darnd sure I won’t be able to finish it.” Because she’s become elder, & she doesn’t have a very big appetite. Well I got the idea to make a homemade pizza tomorrow. What I didn’t realize is that it would take me all day, because I decided to make some things from scratch. I made mozzarella cheese, & the pizza dow. Things that use yeast take a long time to make. I’ve gotten spoiled making bread with baking powder. Making the pizza dow took half the day. I had to cut up the onion’s, all the cheese’s, pepperoni, garlic, pull out the spinach leaves. 🤯🥵I just didn’t expect it to take so long. I literally got finished with all that around 8:30pm. And I started this morning. Well I guess I now know that I could Never work a job where I have to cook food now, lol. I’m waaaaay to slow. I was chopping up the garlic, lol. My mom saw how long it was taking me and told me “Well, I think I would have just put garlic powder on it.”  Lol, I have to give it to her. Her experience wins, lol.
