I’m Back!! :)

Hey everyone.

I’ve been MIA for a long time, I think it’s been about a year and a half since I last updated this thing. Actually I thought it would have been deleted by now, so I’m glad it hasn’t been.

The last time I wrote on here, I was still angry over a bad breakup with my ex Kris (long distance disaster) That was like a lifetime ago for me. So much has happened over the past couple years, and I wish so much that I’d kept writing in here because there’s so many things I should have written about. I mostly blame Facebook lol. Ever since I got on there I started using the Notes section to write about all the things going on in my life and completely forgot about this diary. Hopefully now I’ll be able to write more, I’m really going to try keeping this updated because there’s some major changes coming in my life.

About a year ago, I met the most amazing and wonderful man. We originally met on the site Plentyoffish, a dating site I’d used lots over the years, even meeting some of my now-exs on there. I’d almost completely given up on finding someone good on there, until March of last year. That was when I met the love of my life.

Randy first wrote to me on March 8th, we met March 12th, and from that day on we’ve been together. We fell very deeply in love, and very quickly. We didn’t live in the same city, we lived two hours apart which made things difficult. We spent alot of time travelling back and forth and staying at each others places. Things got really rough at the two month mark when he lost his job and vehicle. He got scared and depressed and broke up with me because he was afraid. I thought it was over between us, but we couldn’t stay apart. Somehow I ended up going back to see him despite my friends thinking it was a bad idea. Even though he’d hurt me and he could have easily hurt me again, I gave it a shot..and that was when he told me he’d realized he couldn’t stop caring about me because he was falling in love. And the rest is history…

It’s almost a year now, we live together in Kelowna where he’s from and I’m absolutely loving it. He and I have talked many times about getting married, he’s saving up to buy me an engagement ring, and I am so incredibly happy. Randy and I have an amazing relationship, and even with all the frogs I had to kiss to find my prince, it was so worth it!
