Life is kind of crazy ain’t it? Yesterday my 10 year old was siting in class eating some candy and started choking. Really choking, she turned blue her lips were changing color, she started to black out got dizzy. Her teacher, thank God for her, quickly acted by using the Heimlich Maneuver  on her and the candy came flying out. Her teacher was crying along with my daughter and other students. Today, my sister and I along with my daughter took that teacher a box of cookies, LIFESAVERS(because she’s a lifesaver) and flowers. She has no idea how much good she did even if she thinks it wasn’t necessary we will forever be grateful for her courageous act and fast acting.  My poor baby is now scared of hard candies, but Thank THE LORD up above for keeping her safe one more day in this life. Thank you to MRS. H for jumping into action and for the other teacher who saw on camera and quickly ran to the front office for assistance.
