So our stuff is supposed to come today…..

And Dave is waiting in Burbaby for the our moving company because he has to sign papers for all of our things.  And guess what? The guy calls and says that he’s having trouble at the border. What kind of trouble you ask? We don’t know because he called this other guy who’s stuff is also in the truck and that’s what he told him and then he told Dave. So we’re playing telephone. So, so far Dave has been waiting there for almost two hours and still nothing.  I’m glad I decided to just stay home and not drag Keira out there. I almost just went because I’m sick of being in this house already, but I was too tired this morning to get out from under the blankets.

In other news my MIL is driving me insane. Saturday we spent two hours looking for our truck keys and she kept telling me how I should retrace my steps and blah blah blah. Guess where they were? In her jean’s pocket in her hamper!!!!!!   Ok I really needed to scream after that, but I was just relieved they weren’t in the trash.  The part that even kills me more is that she didn’t even drive our truck anywhere. She just picked them up and stuck them in her pocket for no apparent reason (and she admitted to it)!  

The dogs situation is just getting worse too. First she said she didn’t want Sadie here. Then a few days later, she said if we could find her temporary housing, she would find something to do with her dog in January. This had me frazzled, but I figured I would just deal because I would get Sadie back eventually. Then she says her neighbor’s son has a farm in Saskatchewan and they would love to have Sadie there. Saskatchewan?!?!?!?!!?!  Ok NOWHERE near us!!!  They also supposedly said they’d want to keep her permanently. Umm what happened to us finding her a temporaray situation until January?  Now just last night she said she’s thinking of getting rid of the dog in a few months ( it’s really Dave’s brother’s dog, but he’s a PAIN) and giving him to Tim (Dave’s brother) once he finds his own place.  But get this….. she doesn’t want Sadie to come here either!!!!!   I went nuts last night on Dave because I’ve had it. She is just insane. She tries to makes everyone happy, but in reality, she’s just pissing more people off.  So now I have no idea what’s going on. The stupid part is all this crap has to do with two dogs! I love my dog and she’s part of the family in my eyes, but all this conflict is just wearing me down.

I’m sorry I haven’t been reading much lately, but please don’t take me off your list! I’ll be back more when things actually settle here. I’m just so sick of all this pointless drama.

Oh yeah and the weather here has been TERRIBLE!!!! My mom keeps telling me how hot and nice it is in Ohio and I’m sitting here freezing my butt off! It better warm up soon!
