Dave should be home in a little while(finally!). This week went pretty fast although the days went slow. Does that make any sense? lol   He said he still has a lot of work to do on this job, so he might have to work all day tomorrow too.   I can’t wait till he has a new job. He’s going to write the managing partner tonight when he gets home so they can set up when he’s going to fly there.  I hope Dave’s boss takes this news well.

I just talked to my friend who was in Arizona with her husband a couple weeks ago, and they’ve decided they want to move there. They actually went down there because her husband was taking a test to become a police officer there. I guess now they just have to wait to see if they call him back for an interview. She said he’s applying for other cities there too to greater his chances of getting in there. She said the weather was great (obviously better then here!) and everyone was so nice.   I told her that Dave and I are most likely going to be moving to Canada and she’s happy for us. She’s going through the same thing I am with her mom not being happy about her wanting to move so far away.  I told her you have to do what you feel is best for your family, even if it’s not what your family thinks is best. 

I’m going to clean up a bit before Dave gets home. I know he’s going to be bringing me a weeks worth of laundry to do to.   I’m so sick of laundry! I guess it’s worth it to have him home.
