The Phone Conversation

Dave’s phone conversation went well, but Dave’s still unsure if this is the job he should take. They’re going to send him an email this week to let him know what his starting salary would be and then we go from there depending on their offer. He would be working in Abbotsford, so his commute wouldn’t be long, and he’d only need to travel a couple weeks a year. So now we wait again and then Dave has to make a decision.

I went to the doctor’s last week and my doctor referred me back to the doctor who took my gallbladder out. He said they’ll probably want to do a CAT scan of my stomach to see if they can find out the problem. He said there’s a possibility that they might do a colonoscopy to check my intestines and see if there’s any problems there.   I really hope they don’t have to do that.  I’m really hoping they can figure out what’s causing me to feel like crap so I can stop going to the doctor’s all the time.

Keira has been going on the potty on a regular basis now. I ask her periodically during the day if she has to go, but most of the time she just takes her pull-up off and sits down without me asking her.  I really hope this keeps up so she can be out of diapers. She still needs a diaper at night, but if she can stay dry during the day, I might not have to buy diapers every other week.

The weather here is finally not freezing and yesterday it was almost 50! I hope spring will be here soon.
