Eeeek!

Yesterday after work I had to go to the public loo. I left my 4-wheel seat Rollator outside at the wall as it’s awkward to take it into the wash basin area. The Gent’s, in the front, is right next to the Ladies, there’s one long step for them both and the ladies then has another step up. I was feeling physically wobbly anyway and as I lifted my foot for the 1st step I tripped, my right forearm crashed against the corner of the wall, my left thumb painfully crashed against something hard, I screamed out and just managed to stop myself from actually falling flat on my face!

Was in pain yesterday and last night and today today with bruised forearm and thumb, back and various muscles! But I took some Paracetamol so they’ll help!
