Even With All of This

I started to lift baby weights again. I can’t stand up so its something I can do sitting. Its much needed too it seems my left arm has lost a lot since last March with my lack of drive and fights with depression. I will get myself back into form. There’s no might, possibly or maybe. I will.

Nothing interesting is going on. Its been unusually warm here. Like 40s. I’ve seen on my Facebook that so many north land events have been cancelled. I bet there’s going to be a blizzard in April or May to get even for this.

What’s everyone up to these days? Anything fun or exciting?

@d-h It’s over, more or less. The indoor plumber managed to let a rat or mouse into the house, so now I have to set traps all over the place to catch it. The outdoor guy left huge chunks of concrete and a pile of dirt behind. I hope he come back soon to clean it up.

I have got to get my ass motivated to get up and back where I was! Baby weights are the perfect place to start! I have done some insane workouts for my arms and shoulders with 2 pound weights and only 10 minutes and I’ve come out of it with dead arms. Who would think right? Keep on keeping on!

@ostara I do 10 pounders and since I don’t want to set myself back its only a few minutes. Its just a slow routine change. Once I get that steam ill get up to 30-60 minutes just to feel better.
