Feeling Good

Discipline is one of the greatest forms of self-love. I must love myself every day. When I challenge myself and I accomplish a task, a sense of pride washes over me. I set out to achieve a goal and I achieve it. It feels great. Today, I was able to eat good food. I feel great and lighter, I have achieved something. Tomorrow, I do it again. I chase that sense of pride that can only come from doing something challenging.
