Every few hours I get this terrible heart ache…not physical…but spiritual.

When you marry someone,
it should be because they share the same
hopes
        and
    dreams.
They should want to live with you
       and love the time together

    you should feel
            alive

you should NOT marry if you feel you feel obliged
you should NOT marry if you feel that you owe it to them
please do not do this
take the time to learn what you really want
take the time to find what you dream for
take the time to find who you want to be with

just because you n-e-e-d someone,
doesn’t mean it’s right to get married.

you are a good friend… just take the time to be sure before you commit.

Mourning over lost dreams
    acquired over the years
       revealed with wisps of hope.
    eventually we will go
insane…or at least
    I will.
       living with-
 out the
   Vocation and
  Electricity of me and
YOU

This is true and I agree with you. If only people would grasp this before they exchange vows and promise before GOD that ONLY death would set them apart only to, within a few years, possibly months , to completely neglect the vows and leave their promises unfulfilled. I notice that you said that you are trying to be the light of the world. Why do you say trying? Is something hindering you?

sha*: One needs Jesus to be a light for others. I keep falling, again and again… at least I’m trying to follow Him. I need him to make me happy. Let’s say you didn’t fully understand what those “vows” really meant. Does that make them still binding? Or does God know our limitations? What if you don’t know what it means to love someone forever, yet you make that promise anyway?

Yes unravelled it is very true that one needs Jesus to be the light of the world. The fact that you said that you keep falling tells me that you keep getting back up. that’s key. The Bible says that even “even a righteous man falls 7 times”. SO does that mean that if you fall 10 times that GOD isn’t with you or that you’re hopeless? Definitely NOT! It just goes to show that even the most seasoned

veterans STILL fall! NEVER GIVE UP.GOD definitely knows our limitations, however He has high expectations of us, as we do Him. If God promises us something we’d expect Him to do exacly what He says. since God knows our limitations I believe that when we make vows and break them we aren’t as “gung-ho” about making such serious decisions and mature and actually think things through. So just about

everything can be used as a learning experience. God fully understands and since He is as Merciful and Compassionate as He is we can expect second chances as long as were willing to mature and use wisdom when decision making.

Ryn to sha. Very good point. You ask the right questions. I should have read more before I gave an opinion, but that’s ALWAYS true for me, if that helps you feel any better. You know, the whole point of this exercise in life, love, being given it in the first place. We don’t know, we are LEARNING. I’m absolutely 100% certain Jesus knew this, he wanted to teach, to help us learn, to give us accessto eternal guide.
