And so it begins.
Well, I started the diet today. This morning when I woke up I really wasnt that hungry. This is normal for me, I usually get up and dont eat anything for a long time. I am just not that type of person that has to have something to eat as soon as they get up. I like my coffee and water in the mornings.
But this morning I had one of the cookies with my coffee. It was not that bad at all. It was pretty moist. It was actually better than what I expected because it was tasty and it filled me up.
This morning at work hasnt been that bad. I usually get hungry around 11 and that is when I will eat for the first time of the day. I get up at 5:30 so I dont think that is a good habit. Anyway, around 11, I did get hungry. The package says to eat one cookie when you get hungry, you can have six cookies in a day. Well, I waited around till I got really hungry, which was 11:30, and I ate a cookie with water. I thought for sure that I would have to eat a second cookie, but so far, I am still full from the one cookie. Pleasantly full, not overbearingly full. But I like this feeling better. I dont feel so bloated as I do when I eat a full lunch.
I am a bit tired today for some reason, but I really dont think that has to do with the cookies. I took the mandatory vitamin supplement with the cookie and coffee this morning.
I am just so determined to do this finally, I sure hope I can stick to this cookie thing. I have even tried nutrisystem and it was not a good thing. I ended up not losing much and gaining that back. I weighed myself this morning.
