I’m Back!

After just about 3 weeks of absolutely no internet or landline phone, it was all connected this morning!

We had up a contractor who I nicknamed Benny The Bonce as he was utterly useless,  said he couldn’t connect to the box here in my shop, refused to climb the ladder to a pole, wouldn’t climb any other poles, made up excuses, moaned bitterly, said he can’t get a connection anywhere, then left.

A few days later a proper BT engineer came up who knew what he was doing, got a connection in the box, climbed poles etc. etc. and said the internet will be connected in about 24 hours.

It still wasn’t! But at least he got connections that Benny The Bonce said there wasn’t any!

After various communications with the company, they switched it back on this morning, saying there was some kind of fault in one of their boxes.
