I’m really trying to just focus on my weight loss these next few months. Like hardcore. I don’t feel like I can ever truly be confident in any way or feel worthy until I feel good about my looks. Which I know isn’t healthy. But I honestly feel like it is what’s holding me back from so many things. So today, my weight was between 176 and 178. My scaled kept giving me those 2 numbers this morning. It wouldn’t settle on one of the other. I’ve had about 400 calories so far. I’ll be eating my nurtisystem food for dinner. Hoping I can finally get the rest of this weight off.
acai powder, coconut yogurts and mushroom powders for whole meal, it helping me. good luck, less carbs and sugars, sometimes confidence comes from more in and then outside, i feel your pain

I am stuck at 179…just can’t seem to drop below that and it’s so irritating. My goal weight is 165. I wanted to get to that weight before our beach trip this month but it’s not going to happen. Oh well.
