Blergh – driving way too much *Laughs*

Good car. 182,000 miles on my car. it’s 7 years old. A friend of mine told me my car has a crush on me because it doesn’t want to die and be replaced. *chuckles* So, What did my turkeyday weekend consist of?

  • Started driving wednesday at 4:30 PM, drove the 460 miles and Arrived at my house around 2:00 AM (after a brief stop at a friends house to pick up Laurell K Hamilton’s new book from her so I could finish reading it) (460 miles)
  • Woke up Thur Morning to Drive down and pick up my friend, (who lives about 40 miles south of me)… Ate Turkey din din. Then drove with my friend 40 miles further north to hang out with a couple of (really) old friends. Then drove the 80 miles south to drop my friend off, then drove the 40 miles home. (200 miles)
  • Friday. Woo, I only drove 40 miles to another friend’s house, then drove 25 miles to the same friends that I hung out with the prior day, then the 25 back and the 40 home  (130 Miles)
  • Saturday Did the same 200 mile jaunt, but didn’t get home til 5:30 in the morning (200 miles)
  • Sunday, Drove up to the GA Dome to watch the falcons (I live in Tampa, and have season Tickets…. grrr grrr) and then drove back to Tampa after the game (Which ended in a Falcons Victory on a Nail biter) So I left Around 7:30PM and got into Tampa about 2:45AM (510 miles)

So, over the course of the weekend I drove: 460 + 200 + 130 + 200 + 510 = 1500 miles.

If there was any prior doubt if I was insane… that should answer it.
