did an 816 calorie workout in 1 hour…. yeah baby…. I will reach that mystical 1000 calories in one hour plateau. or die trying 🙂

Saw harry potter, liked it. Saw Riddick, liked it. been working. Going on trips. having a tire blow out at 80 miles an hour. and didn’t die. and my car didn’t flip either… but… my poor car is in the shop… oh well. at least I’m alive… it’s only money….. just gotta get the front bumper replaced. the mudguards and airdams replaced, the front right panel replaced, the lights replaced on the front right side. not to mention the tires and suspension.

Other than that…. still in florida, still as isolated as before. of course i’m doig it on purpose… I’m trying to work out and get my self mentally and physically into shape.
