Life is routine. I wake up around 5 AM. leave the house by 525 AM (I basically pee, get my lunch ready, grab a banana for breakfast, and get dressed….oh let the dogs out too). Work 6 AM til 430 PM Mon-Thurs. Then I do the gym class at 530 PM, Mon-Wed. Eat, shower, dishes, relax, and fall asleep. Thursday after work I go out to eat, have a drink. Friday morning I try to go the gym. After that, weekend isn’t a routine. Never know what I want to do. But I always feel so tired on the weekends, more so than the days I work.
My mind can’t relax. Always people around, too much noise.
