I’m back

It’s funny how you just keep returning and returning… it’s like a strange pull. I woke up today about an hour ago… fully rested and ready to carpe diem. I need to start on my computer maintenance soon.

I am going to start taking walks after lunch each day. The diabetic team suggested that yesterday, so… with the exception of yesterday when Bees wasn’t feeling well… I think that today I will start. It just seems like a good idea non??

So, I guess that I will comment on a few journals, navigate through the annoying splogs…

Walks after meals are quite healthy, and you live in such a beautiful neighborhood that the experience is sure to be a happy one. Good for your soul as well as your body.

Any exercise is a good thing.  I got out of the habit of riding my bike and feel like I’ve gained weight since I stopped.  Now it’s almost too cool in the mornings for me to go, but I could still be going in the evenings.  I just have to get my motivation back.

@happyathome We have to get our butts in gear! 🙂 I think after I walk, I will spend time outside. We have a huge deck. I should take pix. No. I WILL take pix!!

Walks are a good idea. The only thing I’d say is have a plan for when the weather is nasty and you don’t want to go for a walk.

@heffay We have an elliptical that we can use… although it is hard to use for someone as short as I am.
