[VegDay15] FINALLY
Jeez! Finally. I’ve lost 2 more pounds.
So a total of 5 pounds.
I was suck at 207 for forever! And I was eating sooo healthy. Granted, I wasnt working out but I figured I’d lose some weight.
Then yesterday I had a PBJ sandwhich for breakfast, fries and a homemade fruit smoothie for lunch, another PBJ for dinner with a side of fries. And sure enough with all that crap I lose 2 more pounds. Im happy, but confused. Haha
Wendy and Sheila are being weird and hardly talking to me. Wendy is mad at me kinda for something. But its stupid. I dont even wanna talk about it. I was suppose to hang out with Sheila last night after she met up with Kristen for a while but she never texted me back or anything. WHATEVER.
Tomorrow Im going to the beach with Melanie and James again so thats exciting. And today hopefully me and Mel do something. I havent hung out with people since last Wednesday. -__- Im going crazy.
I did watch the movie Garden State and I am IN LOVE WITH IT! AMAZING MOVIE.
I think if you added some fiber in that diet you’d lose a lot more than what you are. Fries, PB&J, bread not so good 🙁 Fruit/nuts/veggies/whole grains/tofu/ are a great way to add more fiber (or anything fiber one) and will fill you up more!

I have to agree with [nearly unnoticed]. Pretty much said everything I was going to. Don’t forget about your fruits and veggies! PBJ’s are just sugar, fat and carbs. Although very nummy. But I wouldn’t eat it for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Ya know?
