It was raining really heavily again earlier today and last night!

I love rain.
And finds joy and peace of mind during rainy days.
An organism that thrives in a rainy environment.
Again, last night we had the bedroom window open while it poured down!
Long may the rain…reign!
I too love the sounds of rain and most nights I let a YouTube recording of rain play while I sleep.

Well I learnt a new word today: pluviophile!
I like the rain if I’m indoors and don’t have to go anywhere – I definitely enjoy listening to it in bed at night. During the day, not so much. I prefer the sunshine and warmth of the summer. I don’t like it when the nights start to draw in and the weather turns suddenly cold like it has this last week.
I think I am not a pluviophile…
