8, 9, 10 :)
So – Desktop still non-functional, laptop still semi-functional. Better than nothing! Humid and hot here today, Boo started Vacation Bible School at our church and had a great time. It runs for a week, from 9am to noon – and the kids do crafts, play games, have snack, etc. This year the theme is "Superheroes" and she made a cape! 😀 Edwin & I both said, "NOOO Capes – NO capes." – lol – said they must not be familiar with "The Incredibles". 🙂
Pop is doing VERY well at home – eating more, actually fed HIMSELF last night, evidently.
Mom finished her balance therapy, and is very confident and feeling much better – Thank God!
Ran out of oil last week, so no hot water – but that’s not much of a problem. Will need it soon – and I’m trying to figure out more part-time job ideas that I could handle, given my current schedule.
I hope everyone is well!
pop will do better and be better at home. he is in a familiar environment and that gives him confidence to do and be. our family members are always better off at home. it is hard on the family, but what are you going to do?

I know someone who answers chacha questions at home whenever she wants and makes $300 a month. Might want to check them out as you can work as much or little as you want!

I’m SO glad Pop is doing so well! I have been keeping ya’ll in my prayers and will continue to do so. RYN ~ That is truly one of the sweetest things anyone has told me. I am really honored. Thanks, Hon!

I’m happy to hear your parents are improving. You have a great attitude about not having hot water. I wash clothes in cold water, but would miss a warm shower teribly. You must have an electric range for cooking? Will you be home schooling Boo this year?

ryn: I think it’s a swift of some sort. The nest was inside one of the battlements, and it was nearly pitch dark. Very much like a cave. The daddy bird was sitting outside, perched on one of the gun turrets. It was very cute.
