My Secret

Hehe…it’s nothing juicy, I promise.  It’s actually quite embarassing, but I’m admitting it here anyway.

I am a General Hospital adict.  It started the summer we moved to GA.  Right before we left, we were hanging out with family friends and the girls were playing dress up with me and doing my make up and hair when they decided that my hair looked like Felicia’s from General Hospital so when I got the chance I watched to see who she was and became hooked.  Yes, it’s a stupid soap opera…it’s mind numbing and the storylines are soooo silly, but I can’t help it.  I watched religiously until about a few years ago…then I watched only once in a while.  My favorite couple ever on the show was Jason and Elizabeth, the two on the right there.  I was hooked on their storyline and how wonderful they were together.  I would surf web pages dedicated to them to see what was going on and what would be happening.  Well like with all soap couples, they broke up…I guess…they were kinda never totally together.  Anyway, after years of not watching, I got pulled back in when I saw promos about Liz and Jason (known as Liason in the Internet world) would finally be getting together.  Yes, I’m a sap and I’m embarassed to admit it.  But there you go…my dirty little secret that most people dont’ even know about me.  I GH and I love Jason and Liz!!  Just watch the clip and tell me they’re not hot!

Not much else has been going on I guess.  I move in a few weeks.  I went home a few weeks ago and had a good weekend at home and got along with Bro.  I mean, got along really well with Bro.  It was nice.  Last weekend the parents came down and Mom and I went to see Bombay Dreams.  Very cheesy…the songs were ok…the storyline was beyond silly…but the dancing was good.  It was fun and mom and I had a good time which is what  counts I guess.  Nothing else is new.  I just haven’t had much to say so I haven’t been around.  I need to start writing regularly again.
