Spring

The weather as always is so unpredictable.  Last week it was still cold and today it’s almost 80 degrees here.  It’s beautiful outside.  All the trees look great with the leaves coming back and all the flowers are blooming!  I do love this time of year.

I went shopping today.  I bought a lot of turquoise.  There were some great sales and no matter what store I went into I felt myself heading towards all things turquoise.  I love all the beautiful spring clothes that are out right now.  The whole bohemian look that’s out now is definitely a favorite of mine.  I think I’ve always wanted to dress like that and I used to have those long flowy skirts back in the days too but never really wore them out much because in high school I always wanted to fit in and not stand out.  Anyway, I definitely bought a few of the flowy skirts today.  After shopping, I stopped at Starbucks for a Frappaccino.  So, this is the kind of stuff I was doing before?  I can’t say it enough but it’s nice to have a job and money and not have to worry about every dollar I spend again.

Did I mentione before that I’m going to Heat 2006 concert?  LOL!  It’s Saif Ali Khan, Salman Khan, Susmita Sen, Prity Zinta, and others.  My mom and 3 of her friends are all coming into town and we are all going.  Afterwards, they are all crashing at my place.  I think it’s hilarious! My mom saw Shah Rukh Khan a few yeara ago and last year I really wanted to go because it was him and Hrithik Roshan.  I’m sure this year’s will be interesting too.

The weather outside is perfect!  I wish there was a place for me to go lay on a blanket and read!  I think maybe I’ll just go lay on my bed with the windows open and read.
