1) Who are your favorite characters from the original Star Wars Trilogy?

"Help me Obi-Wan Kenobi.  You’re my only hope."

 "Great, kid. Don’t get cocky."

I also loved R2 and C3PO.  I love Lando too.  Leia was pretty cool.  And of course Yoda was great!

2) Who are your favorite characters from the new Star Wars movies?

“Size matters not. Look at me. Judge me by my size, do you? Hmm? Hmm. And well you should not. For my ally is the Force, and a powerful ally it is."

Qui-Gon was also great as was Mace.  I would say Anakin if I felt either actors that played the roll could act.

3) What planets are your favorite from the Star Wars universe?

Naboo was totally beautiful with the water falls and landscape.  I’d love to live there.  Bespin might have been fun before Episode V.  Coruascant would also be totally cool.

 4) Are there any sayings or phrases that you commonly use in your life from Star Wars?

You mean besides, "May the force me with you"?  LOL!  Ok, no, I dont’ use that in every day speak.  I dont’ know that I say anything in my every day speak.  But there are definitely times when I’m hanging out with other Star Wars geeks that a quote or two pops out.

 5) What’s your favorite ship?

6) Who are your least favorite characters in the Star Wars universe?

I dont’ know that I have a least favorite.  Even the bad guys were more like characters that I love to hate.  Luke’s wining annoyed me.  Does that count?  Even Jar Jar who most people hated didn’t bother me too much.  He was annoying definitely.  If I had to choose, I’d say Jaba the Hut!

7) Favorite weapons?

"This is the weapon of a Jedi Knight. Not as clumsy or as random as a blaster, but an elegant weapon for a more civilized age."

9) If you lived in the Star Wars universe, what occupation do you think you would have?

If I lived there, I’d probably have some boring job.  But I’d love to be a Jedi Knight.

10) What creatures were the most scary in your opinion?

Nothing really scared me.

11) When did you become a Star Warsfan?

1996.  I think I watched A New Hope right before Spring Break with a bunch of my college friends who made me watch it because I had never watched them before.  It’s a long story that I’ve written about before so I won’t repeat myself.  Anyway, I watched in 1996 and then in 1997 when they were re-released, I watched each on opening night. T That’s when I became a fan.

12) Which movie did you see first?

Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope

13) Have you ever had a light saber duel? .

Nope, but I stole my friend HL’s plastic one in the parking lot of the movie theater when we went to go see the first movie when it was re-released in 1997.  He and all of our other friends then chased me around the parking lot to try to get it back.

 14) Do you have any Star Wars figurines?

No I don’t. 

 15) Have you ever read any of the books?

No, I haven’t. No particular reason why. I’ve just always watched the movies.
