To Endings and New Beginnings

                                                      It is finished. I finished the required reading and studying of the material in the final assignment of my Healthcare Aide course. It was a road that I decided to embark on in August of 2021. There were some “breaks” along the way, but I have completed my course. There is one last thing that I need to do. That is to write the exam for assignment 3 of module 5. That is it. Once the school has decided that I have met all of the course requirements and my financial obligation, I will hopefully be awarded my diploma from Stratford Career Institute.

                           The Schwann salesman visted our building, this afternoon. I ordered about $170 in frozen foods from their truck. My helper had an order, as well. I had a piece of the chocolate cream pie, this afternoon, while I was studying. It was very good. For supper, I had one of their sweet and sour chicken and rice single-serving entrees. It was very good, as well. 

                            Bear70 was having a time of it today, at the nursing home where he resides. There are two nursing assistants that were giving him a hard time. He said that they were very stern when they talked to him about a few things. I suggested to Bear that he not worry about them. He is not there to win a popularity contest. They need to tone it down, or else find another line of work, in my opinion.

                            Early this morning, after washing my dishes and cleaning up the kitchen, I cleaned out my refrigerator and freezer because my sister is coming up Saturday. She and I are going to shop at Walmart. After I made a trip out to the dumpster, I sat down outside the building to have a cigar. I had a lengthy conversation with another tenant. I explained to him that it is not always easy for me here. Without my having to say anything more, he completely understood the way things are for myself. WE had a great conversation. Another tenant joined us, later on just as the sun was coming up over the hill. I had to leave to give my helper a call.
