Day 1 start of my new self concept
I am doing this 7 day challenge about my self concept and trying to change my neediness issues when I meet a man. So I have been reading alot and joined this great FB group on the subject. They all say if you want to change your 3D world go within and change you first.
So I will not initiate any contact with my guy. He has to do it first. I will not entertain any negativ self talk or old stories about my past failures in my life that lead me to this state of neediness or abandonment issues in my relationships.
I will love myself and put myself upon this pedestal.

I have the been working on the same thing in my dating life. I used to be the one to always text a man first and would text him more frequently to initiate plans/conversations the majority of the times. If it weren’t for my communication, the relationship wouldn’t have progressed.
But that’s not healthy. A relationship needs to be a healthy give and take, mutual effort, mutual communication and reciprocity.
I have a lot of abandonment issues too :/
I do applaud you for your self-love and self-awareness to try to change your patterns. It’s not easy – but it helps you so much in the long run! 💖
@anhmymuminah I have as well issues in all my previous relationships, found Kim Velez on Yiutube and she kind of opened my mind to this self concept
@zowey I’ve watched a few Kim Velez videos as well and they were very helpful.
