Day 1
Today I am starting my 27 Days of
– NO SUGAR
– EXERCISE FOR AN HOUR
– 5 000 STEPS OR MORE
– 1L OF WATER
I know it isn’t much but it something. I keep procrastinating and making decisions but not following through. So if I can, just stick to those 4 things for 27 days then that will be something.

It WILL be something! It’s kind of an addiction, sugar is. That alone is hard to break. So if that’s the only thing you accomplish out of all the others, that in itself is a major one.
