Gratitude
I am so thankful that I am alive and well and I am thankful that the weather is starting to warm up.
Weekly Goals
- Maintain a positive attitude, even if things go wrong
- Exercise at least 3 times and get 8 hours of sleep each night – it will make me feel better mentally and emotionally, and more energized throughout the day
- Spend time socializing with others and trying to form deeper connections with old friends and new friendships

I am so excited for the warm weather approaching! I love your goals for this week. I think it’s important to set short term goals to keep yourself motivated. Hang in there! Only 3 weeks until finals 🙂
