Intriguing

This guy doesn’t have a nick name quite yet.  We stared "talking" on EH about two or three weeks ago.  He’s 31 and has been in the Atlanta area since October…so, what…5 months, I guess.  He texted me a few days ago and then asked  if he could call me tonight, which he did. 

I think he is one of the sweetest people I have ever talked to in my life.  I enjoyed every moment of our conversation.  He’s a bit younger than me, but he’s been through a lot (living on his own and taking care of himself since he was a junior in high school).  He discovered college through a girlfriend of his after graduation and has pretty much made a life for himself despite his family situation.  He comes across as older than his years and considers himself the head of his family.  He moved back to this area to be closer to his family and now that they are mostly "squared away" so to speak, he’s ready to move on with his own life. 

He seems to have a good head on his shoulders and we seem to have basic core values in common.  He’s big on family and pretty much knows what he wants in life.  He seems very calm.  Not boring, just…calm.  Who knows…meeting in person will either be great or kill the whole thing.  We talked for about an hour an a half and when we decided to go he told me this was his favorite conversation. I agreed and we ended with saying we would make a plan to meet in the near future.  Just a bit ago he sent me a text saying he enjoyed our conversation. 

So far so good!
