knitting..knitting…knitting…Metal–photos

Yay for crunch time!

The Louisiana show starts the first weekend of November.. so I’m officially in knitting overload. The rest of this week is filled to the brim with nothing BUT knitting .. and next week it will be decoration. If I can manage to get all of the stock done in two weeks it will be a bleeding miracle.. and I will feel miles better about the world.. because that means I can load up the car and leave on time, and only have to stress about driving another 1500 miles and setting up the tent and living space for the next 7 weeks or so. Whee!

For those confused about what the hell I’m talking about… here’s some photos of what I do.

Now to go and knit a few hundred more feet of yardage. Joy.

Don’t get me wrong…I freaking LOVE my job.. and the fact that I’m making a living creating art.. and living by my terms ( so far)..even if I live in poverty for now..  is freaking sweet. I looooove it.  Although I’m still kicking the next person who says they want to "do exactly what you do".   It’s for their own good.  Honest.
