Love love love

Good decision by the Supreme Court. And of course the world will come to an end now that couples that are already married legally in their states can receive federal rights as well. This too will be off most people’s radar in a few months when the next big news hits.
 
I hear that the residents of New Jersey have already filed to sue the state because it is now considered unconstitutional to deny us the right to get married. If only my state had their shit together like NJ does. We’ll see what happens. This is pretty huge though. There might be a huge party in our near future.
 
Last night we went out to celebrate with some friends. They are fun and Mich got drunker than I’ve ever seen her! Crazy.

Last week when we were walking the dogs, a lady sitting on her front porch with her dogs said hi to us as we passed. Then about 200 ft down the sidewalk, she was calling for us. She had her dogs on a leash and asked if we would hold her dogs as she crawled in through her window. She had locked herself out. I told her I would. As I was walking up to her, I realized that it could all go south very quickly. And of course one of her dogs did try to jump on me and hump me. So, I had to wipe away the fear very quickly and become more calm and assertive. It ended well.

Two crazy dreams worth writing about.
 
Last week I had a horrifying teeth dream. The dream started with my noticing one of my teeth rotting. The next time I saw it, it had fallen out. Then I started to notice most of my teeth were rotting. I was feeling around in my mouth with my tongue and it felt similar to popcorn skin getting stuck in your teeth, but it was actually the shell of my teeth and they were all falling out. I was pulling the rotting teeth out and I remember, right before I woke up, saying “oh god honey help me!!” and pulled out a tooth that hadn’t rotted yet and there was blood everywhere. I woke up. It was awful. I couldn’t fall back to sleep.
 
Two nights ago, I had a dream that there was a man outside of the house. I saw him through the window and he shot at me. He missed, but then I saw him at the front door through the screen door. He was yelling at his friend who was at the back of the house to “blast in the back door.” I walked up to the front door, and closed it and locked it. I was trying to decide what to do next when I woke up.
