Decision

*edit* i got a response back on Saturday morning. He said “great news! I’ll get started on the next steps.” good news indeed.*I sent the email.

I spoke with another woman who works at this company that I’ll be working for occasionally. She used to work at my old company too. She left within the first year I worked there. Then she called my old boss and got him to go to this company. Now my old boss is doing this with me. It’s funny how life works. I hardly knew her but she was SO excited to talk to me and said so many nice things about me and really is being a cheerleader for me.
I’m going with this flow tho. 2013 is a year of change for a lot of ppl (I think) and with this opportunity coming at me from out of the blue, I’m just going with it. So my email was a mix of pumping myself up, complimenting their company, and talking about team work. I hope to get exactly what I asked for.

Because I sent the email late Friday and a “big” storm came in, I probably won’t hear anything until midweek next week. It’s all working out nicely. I’m assuming that by the 2nd Monday of February I’ll be working at my new job.
Today is LOTS of yoga. Teaching 90 min class in the morning then I’m giving reiki for 3 hours during a restorative yoga class. It was a good idea in theory by the owner of EY, and it’s drawn a huge crowd, however it remains to be seen how this will affect my body with all the crawling around on the floor.
