Well alrighty then

Got the lease signed (electronically) this morning so that’s out of the way. I think this is the first time I have signed a lease online, as well as the first time I’ve done so well before the actual move in date lol. I do have to pay the prorated august rent, but I won’t have to do that until I get closer to moving time. In the mean time, I will continue to save up money to have a cushion and to help with moving expenses. I’ve already contacted my current apartments to let them know when my move out date is. So they are drafting up a paper, which I will go sign on Monday to say I am leaving so I can get off the lease. I believe S and his son will have to sign this paper too and I am sure they will. They’ve already submitted their pay to show they can afford to stay here. So the countdown is on….63 days to go! I will get my keys once I pay the prorated rent for august 14th, tho what sucks is September rent isn’t really that far away (just a few weeks later), so I will have to pay them again soon lol. That’s part of the reason I’m saving up between now and then, once I am settled I’ll be more ready for when October rent comes around. I’ll work on getting furniture as I go, but I will be so glad to be in my own place! Anyway I am going to go get ready for work, take care.
