The hardest thing in the world to write is a bio
I’m telling you, the hardest thing in the world to write is a bio (whether 1st or 3rd person). I guess the 3rd person perspective is slightly better because of the implied distance, but it’s still so freaking hard. How do people write them and make them sound interesting? Why is this hard? I know lots of things about myself beyond “Apex_Bloom is a writer in Los Angeles with some cats and stuff, I guess?”
I just went digging in Submittable and found that my last submitted bio was passable but not super interesting. So, maybe I should pretty that up a bit and call it good?

writing a bio means talking about yourself. its harder than most people thing. it takes an egotistical type of person to write a super interesting bio. so take it as a compliment when your bio isnt all that interesting. it just means your a decent human being.
