eWhen Zombies Attack…

  I saw this one one of my favorite diaries and I just had to post it… (This has to be a record, three entries in one day, almost scary)

You get 1 point for every  answer you answer positively. For example, I got one point for having a structually sound home.

THE STATE OF READINESS OF MY HOME FOR A ZOMBIE ATTACK
Structurally: Its a one story house, solid brick. We’d probably have to board up the living room window though.
Weapons: A couple of firearms, various martial art weapons…good thing I’m a collector. 
Zombie influx: Probably not too bad, all the houses are on land at least around half an acre, so we’re not too close to each other.

Initial position: If I was at work it would probably be pretty bad since I’m at a university.  But if I was at home we’d probably be okay. 
Street position: I already explained the neighborhood and we’re always complaining about how nothing is nearby, so I guess in this case it would be a good thing.
Human traffic: Alot of the people on this block are the old retired type, so I’d probably be better off than most.

Other exits: We’re just fine there. We always complained about there being too many doors.
Escape route: Front door, back door, garage doors, side doors to the back and side yards.  We’re good.

Acquiring more weapons: Considering I live in TX and am surrounded by old white men, I doubt I’d have trouble finding at least one firearm per home.
Collecting the troops: Probably not going to happen.  We’re not too far away from the highway and while there is a base in the city, it would be quite a drive.

Riding it out: We usually stock up pretty well on canned goods and water, so after boarding up, we probably could ride it out at home.

  I’m good to go! Bring on the madness baby! Hehe.
