My tea’s gone cold,I’m wondering why I got out of bed at all

the morning rain clouds up my window and I can’t see at all

And even if I could it’d all be grey, but your picture on my wall

it reminds me that it’s not so bad

I drank too much last night, got bills to pay

my head just feels in pain

I missed the bus and there’ll be hell today

I’m late for work again

and even if I’m there, they’ll all imply that I might not last the day

and then you call me and it’s not so bad

I want to thank you for giving me the best day of my life

Push the door,I’m home at last and I’m soaking through and through

Okay, it’s 6:45am and I have not gone to sleep yet, so I go to take a nap before having to get up in a couple of hours. It’s gonna be a long day.

6:45 am? You’re worse than I am. Sorry I didn’t come back on yesterday, after my lecture I completely forgot about my APO meeting, after which I promptly came home and fell asleep. I’m a such a light weight when it comes to staying up late. Hope you can forgive me. Make sure and get some rest. Can’t have you all exhausted on me. *grin* DF

6:45 AM can be one of the strangest moments of the day if sleep has not preceded it. I hope that you’re sleeping a little better now.

Hey there.. thanks for the much needed and much appreciated note! For some reason, I have a sneaking suspicision that I know you. But perhaps not. Either way, I do know that we go to the same college. Ah well. Save that for another time perhaps. I’ll be back to read more of your entries..
